Brilliant bread maker. We've had two bread makers in the past which always finished up like a brick in the bottom of the loaf tin. With the Panasonic, the loaf rises 3 inches above the tin. Perfect bread. I have to say, for our first attempt, we used some cheap bread flour which didn't rise like it should. So we tried Allinsons strong white flour. A bit pricey but worth it.(Read more)
